Thinking of traveling? While travel can be a great get away or stress reducer it can be a little trying on the body which is set into regular routines and foods. Long travel days and new or poorly prepared foods can challenge our digestion and our constitution. This literally “Amazon tested” kit provides you with just about all you might come up against while traveling in either the cities or jungles of the world. I have traveled many times into developing countries and done my share of adventure travel; with that experience I have put together my best remedies for all sorts of situations. While I pack a lot more than I list here, I am by nature a just in case kind of person… this would be the bare minimum for adventure travel.
