Life is an ever changing stream of events, some that come when we least expect them. Change has always been difficult for us humans to endure and yet no matter how we want to keep the status quo, in time, we discover that life will have its way with us.
For some, this is a time when our resistance intensifies and fear of the unknown encourages reactivity of all sorts. For others, we find ourselves disabled and in a heap of unexamined emotional material too overwhelming to traverse. Another possibility invites diving into what we feel and fear and ultimately finding authenticity, compassion and strength. This choice offers us the possibility of transformation that is inherent in being broken open.some that come when we least expect them. Change has always been difficult for us humans to endure and yet no matter how we want to keep the status quo, in time, we discover that life will have its way with us.
Join Cate Wolff, psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher, in exploring what it is we bring to our experience of change. We will ponder questions such as: how is it that we might feel loss, surrendering to the grief that is often a companion of change and at the same time negotiate our journey into an unfamiliar, challenging and at times exciting version of the Self? When we find ourselves in the middle of life’s wild ride or being nudged more slowly toward the edge of the unknown, how do we utilize our circumstances to relax into and stay awake for our transformation? Is it possible for us to embrace what may feel like a tragedy and use it to help us grow and become the person we were truly meant to be? .
This is a group for woman who find themselves in the midst of powerful life altering changes of any kind. Here is an opportunity to experience support in remaining conscious, investigating the process of change and receiving guidance in navigating the auspicious path of rebirth.
Transformation through Challenging Times pre-registration is required $200 |
NOTE:
A minimum of 6 students are needed to run the workshop. Please pass this onto anyone you think may be interested so we all can benefit from the teaching. The program is limited to 10 participants.
