Earth Heart Yoga

Earth Heart Yoga is in a transformative process. I have closed the studio previously located in Laconia NH and will be taking some time to allow the natural process of evolution to work upon my heart and mind. I am excited to see what new expressions of my practice and service are born out of this transition time and hope you will embrace a new expression when I am able to return. I am deeply grateful for the time I have had the honor to serve the community and am looking forward to maintaining a connection to the EHY Kula. 

Keep your eyes open for  information on workshops, retreats, immersions and various other forms of teaching and practice to be offered in the future. Including classes out of our Yoga Yurt located at Earth Heart Farm.

I am currently able to take on individual clients for one on one sessions to enhance your practice, work on limitations, recover from an injury or simply to meet your busy schedule in the comfort of your own home and time schedule. I am a Certified Body Balance Yoga Therapy Teacher® and can offer assistance towards individual alignment and physical needs.

I am still coordinating various workshops and trainings like our upcoming Yoga Therapeutics with Jenny Otto in Oct & Dec, open to all students and interested bodies!

Joyce Kendall owner of Earth Heart Yoga is registered as an Experienced yoga teacher, E-RYT500, with the yoga alliance. Joyce has completed 500 hrs. of accredited training, 200 hrs. in Integrated Yoga and 300 hrs. in Anusara Based Hatha Yoga and is a Registered Anusara-Inspired Instructor. Joyce is completing her training with John Friend to become an Anusara Yoga ® Certified Instructor, one of the highest standards in the industry.

Joyce is a Certified Body Balance Yoga Therapy Teacher ready to work with your physical limitations and postural challenges.

The focus of this program is to provide students with the opportunity to enrich their personal yoga practice and receive the appropriate training to successfully and safely teach Hatha Yoga.

Joyce Kendall E-RYT500, Director, is an Anusara-Inspired™ Yoga instructor offering training that expands beyond the 8-limb path and and focuses on principles of alignment and teaching methodology inspired by Anusara Yoga. In addition Joyce has studied various forms of Tantric philosophy including Life-enhancing Tantric teachings, Kasmir Saivism, Svatantrya and the Shiva Sutras, all of these will be explored to varying degrees

While the focus of the training is to prepare students to teach yoga, the training program is also suitable for any yoga practitioner wishing to deepen their own practice in skill and knowledge across all areas of the yogic path, even if they do not wish to teach.
