Custom Herbal Programs are available by person or through phone and mail consultation. I have many long distance clients whom I design programs for and continue to supply their needs through shipment of all custom blends.
In either case, a detailed health history (please see Herbal Intake form below) is mailed to me prior to the first consultation. The initial consultation continues to clarify the health history and evaluate the client�s needs through Eastern pulse and tongue diagnostics. Depending upon the individual an initial program may be established at the first session or it will be set up at a follow up session.
Most programs involve changes in diet and the supplementation with herbal preparations and or flower essences. Additionally most programs involve a minimum commitment of 3 months by the client. For chronic conditions 1 month of treatment for each year of the condition is typical. Herbal therapy is an excellent way to address physical shifts in our body working with the physiology and spirit of the plants.

For a personal or phone consultation, fill out the Herbal Intake Form (see below) and mail along with the $100 fee* to Earth Heart Herbal, 532 Union Road, Belmont NH 03220 to discuss the Custom Herbal program. Contact us via Email or by phone (603) 524-7829.
*fee includes review of the herbal intake form, first consultation either in person or by phone and the design of the custom program. All herbal supplements, flower essences or supplements are at an additional cost.
